2011 – 2025

 

Some dogs come into our lives and leave paw prints on our hearts.

​

Bella left her whole heart behind.

 

She was the kind of dog who never met a tennis ball she didn't love. The sight of one was enough to make her eyes light up and her tail wag with joyful anticipation. Whether it was a game in the backyard, a trip to the park, or simply carrying her favorite ball around the house, Bella approached every day with enthusiasm and delight. She could sense when i thought of a potato chip.

 

But Bella was much more than a playful companion. She was a gentle protector, especially when it came to children. She seemed to understand that little ones needed an extra measure of patience, kindness, and watchful care.

 

Whether standing guard over a sleeping child, following them from room to room, or patiently accepting hugs that only a beloved family dog could tolerate, Bella made everyone around her feel safe and loved.

 

She celebrated our happiest days and quietly comforted us during our hardest ones. She never judged, never held a grudge, and somehow always knew when she was needed most.

 

The years passed far too quickly, as they always do. The puppy who chased tennis balls grew into a loyal friend, and that loyal friend became a treasured member of the family. Though her muzzle turned gray and her steps slowed with age, her love never diminished. .We remember the wagging tail at the door. The tennis balls scattered across the yard. The gentle eyes. The faithful heart. The unconditional love. Bella was not "just a dog." She was family. And she always will be.
